That’s why we handle the delivery process ourselves, employing our dedicated drivers who prioritize the security of your purchase. SMALL PARCEL SHIPPING

(12 Litre – 54 Litre) 

For small parcel shipping, we offer free delivery services for all our products. Our standard next day delivery service applies to all orders placed before 3 pm, subject to stock availability and courier area.

LARGE AQUARIUMS 

(112 Litre-300 Litre)

For large aquariums, we utilize our own transportation to deliver within 14 days of the order date, unless otherwise agreed between us.

While 95% of our deliveries typically occur on weekends, due to the high volume of orders, some deliveries may extend to Fridays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

Please note that this service is only available for deliveries to the mainland and excludes Highlands.

We understand that safety is paramount, and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the delivery point or access to it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. Our team of experts is dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of all our products to our valued customers.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return and item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to following address:

REFUND

After receiving your return and inspection the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
